Advantage Realty is sponsoring a rock painting contest to coincide with July Jamz.

Broker/owner Gwen Kelley said the agency will have a rock-painting station at the first three July Jamz events, on July 6, 13 and 20.

“We’ll have tables set up for kids to paint rocks during the concerts,” she said.

Creative types also can submit rocks painted at home to be included in the contest.

Between July 20 and the final July Jamz event, on July 27, the rocks will be judged in four age categories, with a $25 prize in each division, including 5 and under, 6-11, 12-18 and adult.

Winners will be announced at the final July Jamz on Thurs., July 27.
