A pair from Kentucky was arrested on drug charges in Opp Sunday afternoon.

Opp Police Chief Mike McDonald said that around 2:35 p.m., and OPD B-Shift officer stopped a white 2012 Volvo for following a vehicle too closely on Hwy. 331 North.

McDonald said a subsequent investigation led to Chelsey N. Ailstock, 32 and Ryan A. Metz, 35, of Union, Ky., being arrested.

Both were charged with possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
