• Jason Edward Douglas, 46, for harassment, and held on a $500 bond.
• Harry L. Utz, 28, for failure to register as a sex offender and held on a $50,000 bond.
• Andy R. Bogda, 57, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence, and held on a $16,000 bond.
• Herbert Carlye Sauls, 49, for public intoxication, and held on a $300 bond.
• Andre Henderson, 38, for three counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
