Two Opp locals have been charged for their alleged parts in several residential and church burglaries in the Opp City limits.

Opp Police Chief Mike McDonald said that Opp Police have been investigating in the past two weeks these burglaries and the investigation led to the arrests of 33-year-old Reese Prevatt and 25-year-old Kala Denault.

Prevatt has been arrested and charged with four counts of burglary third, two counts of theft of property first, one count of theft of property third and one count of theft of property fourth.
