Factory Connection is currently closed due to roof damage and won’t be open for this weekend’s tax-free holiday.

Store manager Frances Spann said they are working as quickly as possible to remodel the store and fix the roof damage.

“We had some severe damage in the store and emptied it,” she said. “This is an ongoing process.”

Spann said they are hoping to open as soon as possible with a re-grand opening, but said it would be at least next week before that would happen.

“I wish we were going to be open this weekend,” she said.
