• Anthony Frazier, 36, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Jason Muncher, 18, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstruction of justice, and held on a $23,500 bond.
• Johnathon E. Brooks, 32, for bondsman off bond, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Randi Halford, 29, for bondsman off bond, and held on a $5,000 bond.
• Randall Lee Edson, 46, for contempt of court, and held without bond.
• Courtney L. Porter, 26, for failure to appear and assault third, and held on a $500 bond.
• Michael Strickland, 50, for contempt of court, and held without bond.
• Lisa C. Clements, 60, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Paul Ray Ratliff, 47, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Corey Carl Boll, 47, for public intoxication, and held on a $300 bond.
