Upscale Salon and Spa in Opp is collecting non-perishable donations starting today that will be taken to Texas on Sunday or Monday to help those affected by Hurricane Harvey and the catastrophic flooding associated with it.

Owner Tommie Norris said that they will be accepting donations at the salon from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day.

Non-perishable items include certain foods, like soup, beans and pasta. Also, different personal care items can be donated.

Upscale Salon and Spa is located at 23753 Hwy 331 N, in Opp.
