• Adam W. Royals, 35, for contempt of court and held without bond.
• Robert Koich, 73, for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument and held on $3,000 bond.
• Scotty D. Edgar, 35, for obstruction of government operations and resisting arrest and held on $1,000 bond.
• Jason Rancher, 19, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana II, possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,500 bond.
• Deundre Akins, 21, for failure to appear and held without bond.
• James E. Caine, 54, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.
