The Andalusia City Council is looking for someone interested in working on local celebrations of the state’s bicentennial to join the city’s Tourism and Relocation Committee.

The committee has an opening, and the council is soliciting applications.

Mayor Earl Johnson said Tuesday night the Tourism and Relocation Committee will be charged with the responsibility of developing local events.

Applications are available on the upper floor of City Hall.
