SHS Tigers ready for Geneva

The Straughn Tigers (0-4) look to get things going on Friday night when they travel to Geneva on Friday night for a Class 3A, Region 2 contest with the Geneva Panthers (4-1).
Geneva opened the season with three-straight wins including a 13-point win over Class 1A McKenzie.
In week four, the Panthers fell to Providence Christian 13-0.
Providence Christian is the only common opponent that Straughn and Geneva have played to this point in the season.
Straughn put up a strong fight against Providence Christian, but lost 27-13.
Geneva leads the series with Straughn 5-3, including a 28-12 win in 2016.
The Panthers have scored 94 points and given up 59 in five games this season.
Straughn has scored 20 points and given up 151 points through the first four games of the season.
