ROBERT LEE STEPHENS
Mr. Robert Lee Stephens, age 82, of Andalusia died on Thur., Oct. 12, 2017, in Andalusia. Funeral services for Mr. Stephens will be held on Sat., Oct. 21, 2017, at 11 a.m. from the Foreman Funeral Home chapel. The Rev. Billy Boles will officiate. Interment will be in the North Creek Cemetery.
Mr. Stephens is survived by his wife, Ann Stephens; a son, Robert Lynn Stephens and wife Kristal of Stroud, Okla.; a daughter, Debbie Stone and husband Gary of Owasso, Okla.; two step-sons, Bruce Manning and wife, Jenny, of Dothan and Julian Gavin and wife, Donna, of Blackmon, Fla.; 10 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bud Phillips, DeWitt Phillips, Jeff Manning Dustin Goolsby and Tony Gavin.
The body will lie in state from 10 a.m. Saturday until time of services.

ARTHUR WAYNE GOODMAN
Mr. Arthur Wayne Goodman, age 76, of Opelika died on Wed., Oct. 18, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Sat., Oct. 21, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the 10th St. Church of Christ in Opelika with Jeffcoat- Truant Funeral Home directing. The burial will be in Andalusia.
Mr. Goodman lived a life devoted to his family and God. In addition to his roles as a husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Wayne served as an Elder to his church for more than 30 years. He was fiercely loyal to his loved ones and his values. He always did his best to serve the Lord by loving his neighbors and putting others before himself. He enjoyed fishing, taking naps, and spoiling his eight grandchildren, to the disappointment of their parents. His favorite color was Alabama crimson, and he never let his family forget it. Wayne was also known as “Pop,” to his family and friends. He was bright spot in the lives of all who met him, and that light will shine on for years to come.
Mr. Goodman is survived by his wife, Ginger Goodman; daughter, Carol Gudauskas (Tom); sons, Connon Goodman (Debra) and Parker Goodman (Emily); sisters, Elizabeth Coxwell (Jimmy), Hazel McClain (B.J.), and Faye Greenhill (Henry); sister-in-law, Brenda Goodman; grandchildren, Ashley Blakey, Lydia Sinor (Winston), Hannah Gudauskas, Trey Goodman, Lizzie Goodman, Nolan Goodman, Sarah Gudauskas, and Paul Goodman; as well as a multitude of nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to 10th Street Church of Christ, 500 North 10th Street, Opelika, AL 36801, in honor of Wayne Goodman.
