• Tina V. Stackhouse, 37, for two counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Shemar L. Hampton, 35, for two grand jury indictments, and held on a $26,000 bond.
• Wesley Roland Dees, 38, for harassing communications, and held on a $500 cash.
• Michael Eugene Feagin, 55, for driving under the influence, and held on a $7,500 bond.
