• Teresa A. Carter, 52, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Zachariah E. Lunsford, 24, for domestic violence third, order of arrest, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Catlynn McLelland, 30, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, false information, and held on a $16,000 bond.
• Cassandra Clay, 37, held for another agency.
• Stevie Lee Duncan, 31, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
