• Katherine L. White, 33, fugitive from justice and held without bond.
• Richard D. Smith, 53, for failure to appear and held on a $439 cash bond.
• Amber Lynn Berg, 34, for five counts of chemical endangerment, possession of marijuana second, possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $1,260,500 bond.
• Wesley Aaron Fanning, 34, for five counts of chemical endangerment, possession of marijuana second, possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $1,260,500 bond.
