Run for God Andalusia will begin Class VII for Andalusia area on Sat., March 3.

The 12-week program prepares beginners to run a 5K, or 3.1 miles. The first week, participants will run for one minute.

Runs will be Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, 5:45 p.m.• Saturday mornings, 7:30 a.m.

Those interested should meet at the First Baptist Church student building.

The is no charge to participate. The class graduation run will be the Sav a Life 5K or 10K.
