• Samantha Jost, 32, for disorderly conduct and held on a $500 bond.
• James Price, 51, for failure to appear and held on a $444 cash bond.
• Stepehen Davis, 27, for theft of property fourth and held on a $500 bond.
• John Andrew Harper, 47, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.
