JAMES C. INGRAM

Mr. James C. Ingram, age 85, of Red Level, passed away on Mon., Jan. 15, 2018, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thurs., Jan. 18, from Oakey Streak Methodist Episcopal Church with Brother Tyler Ingram and Brother Billy Boles officiating the service. Interment will follow in Oakey Streak Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday night from 6-8 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home. He will also lie in state 30 minutes prior to services at the church.

He is survived by his wife, Wilma Ingram; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Larry Carroll; son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Ladonice Ingram; grandchildren, Whit (Sam) Carroll, Tyler (Brandi) Ingram, Cole (Kim) Carroll, Courtney (Derek) Williamson, and Jamie (Neal) Snider; 12 great-grandchildren; a sister, Eleanor Pitts; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Ingram, Whit Carroll, Cole Carroll, Brody Ingram, Derek Williamson, Neal Snider, and Jackson Ingram.

TAYLOR

Mr. Donald Wayne Taylor, age 75, of Opp, passed away Tues., Jan. 16, 2018, at an Opp nursing home.   He is survived by his sister, Lottie Walker of Dozier, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thurs., Jan. 18, 2018, at First Freewill Baptist Church of Dozier with the Rev. Steven DuBose officiating.

Asked to serve as pallbearers are Greg Walker, Michael Walker, Gary Ewing, Bill Taylor and Larry Smith.   Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia is in charge of arrangements.

MARY KATHRYN PADGETT

Mrs. Mary Kathryn Padgett, age 75, of Evergreen, passed away on Sat., Jan.13, 2018, in Evergreen hospital.

Funeral services were held on Jan. 16, 2018, at 2 p.m. from Jones Chapel Baptist Church in Evergreen with the Rev. David Leach officiating. Internment followed in Jones Chapel Cemetery. Visitation was prior to services at the church.

Mrs. Padgett is survived by sons, Sheldon Jerome Padgett of Evergreen and Jeffery O’Neal Padgett of Andalusia; daughter, Jennifer “Jenny” Kelley of Andalusia; and sister, Carolyn Jane Hobbs of Evergreen. TANKERSLEY

Mr. James R. (Rudy) Tankersley, 76, of Loango, passed away on Sun., Jan. 14, 2018, at his residence.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wed., Jan. 17, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Kenneth Mitchell officiating. Visitation will begin at noon on Wednesday. The interment will be in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Opal Tankersley; his son and daughter-in-law, James and Karen Tankersley, Jr. of Millbrook; a daughter and son-in-law, Vicky and Todd Bingaman of Red Level; his grandchildren, Shandi (Jason) Jones, Shawn (Jasmine) Harrelson, Garrett Tankersley, Keri Tankersley; seven great-grandchildren, Alyssa Jones, Jada Harrelson, Noah Harrelson, Noelle Harrelson, Baylor Harrelson, Caden Tankersley, Bristol Ree Harrelson; one sister, Hazel Stanley of Peachtree City, Ga.; brother-in-law, James (Heather) Grissett; and a special cousin, Joe Ben Williamson of Andalusia.

He is preceded in death by his infant son, James Tankersley III, and sister, Barbara Sue Coleman.

Pallbearers will be Garrett Tankersley, Shawn Harrelson, Jason Jones, Jerry Grissett, Mark Nichols, and Mark Mullen.

MARILYN JOYCE COOK

Mrs. Marilyn Joyce Cook, age 84, of Dozier, passed away Sun., Jan. 14, 2018, in Flowers Hospital.

A graveside service will be held on Thurs., Jan. 18, 2018, at 1 p.m. in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery with the Rev. Walter Brewer officiating the service.

Mrs. Cook is survived by her son, Ken Cook of Dozier; daughter, Jan Cook of Dozier; sisters and brothers-in-law, Bobbie Sue and Gene Stewart of Saraland, Ala., and Dorothy and Jerome Warren of Satsuma, Ala.; and brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Myrl Reeves of Orange Beach, Ala..

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Cook; and her brother, Ronnie Reeves.

Pallbearers will be her nephews.
