This weekend will be wet and warm, according to the National Weather Service.

The United States National Weather Service issued a limited threat warning for flooding this weekend.

Rain will most likely continue from late Saturday to Sunday night.

On Saturday there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms after noon, with a low temperature of 63.

Chance of precipitation will continue to be 80 percent until late Sunday night, with a 70 percent chance of precipitation.

On Sunday, the high temperature will be 74.

Chance of precipitation will carry on until Monday, with only a 50 percent chance and a high temperature of 72.

The wet weather may put a damper on weekend activities, but it is good news for farmers. The drought report issued at the end of January showed all of Southeast Alabama experiencing severe drought conditions.
