Agents with the 22nd Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force went to a home off of Ben Valen Road in Andalusia on Wed., Feb. 14, in reference to drug activity. Agents had been receiving reports of drug activity from numerous sources. Agents had been doing surveillance on the residence for the last few days and had seen a large amount of traffic in and out consistent with drug activity.
Upon arrival at the residence, agents made contact with Pamela Mason, the registered tenant, and told her why they were there. During a search of the residence, agents located Michael Romeo King and Donavan Spenard hiding in the residence. Spenard was wanted for a felony parole violation.

A search of the residence revealed methamphetamine, suboxone, numerous syringes and methamphetamine smoking devices.

Mason and Michael Romeo King were booked in the county jail for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Spenard was arrested for a probation warrant and booked in the Covington County Jail.
