DOROTHY DUNN BROOKS
Mrs. Dorothy Dunn Brooks, age 95, of Andalusia, passed away on Wed., Feb. 14, 2018, at her residence.
A private family graveside will be held at a later date.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Denise Brooks of Andalusia; daughters and son-in-law, Beverly Brooks Abrams of Falls Church, Va., and Barbara and Frankie Bodie of Mobile, Ala.; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Tisdale Brooks Sr.

JAMES (JIMMY) STOKES
Mr. James (Jimmy) Stokes, Jr., age 74, of Andalusia, passed away on Wed., Feb. 14, 2018, at Andalusia Hospital.
A graveside service will be held on Fri., Feb. 16, 2018, at 2:30 p.m. in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Brother Larry Turman officiating. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home on Thurs., Feb. 15, 2018.
He is survived by his sons, Jim Stokes and Shannon Stokes, both of Andalusia; daughter, Sandy Stokes of Andalusia; grandchildren, Amy Cowan of Andalusia, Matthew Stokes of Andalusia, Andrew Stokes of Andalusia, Laken Stokes of Andalusia, Zachery Colvin of Huntsville, Courtney Colvin of Pensacola, Casey Colvin of Andalusia and Tiffanie Colvin of Pensacola; four great-grandchildren; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann Thomasson of Andalusia, Betty Jo Vinson of Andalusia, Charlotte Bryant of Andalusia, Mittie and David Knowles of Red Level and Amelia and Jimmie Lindsey of Gantt.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Ann Stokes, parents, James and Cola Stokes, sister, Winifred Terry, and brother, George Stokes.
