  • Hinton Lee Short, 46, for two counts of bond revocation, held without bond.
  • Tricia M. Burnett, 45, for theft of property first, held on a $20,000 bond.
  • Cornelius J. Marshall, 49, for theft of property first, held on a $20,000 bond.
