Karate students net big wins

Andalusia Isshinryu Karate members had a strong showing recently in the International Karate Circuit Challenge Martial Arts Championships hosted by Won’s Martial Academy in Columbus, Ga.
Taj Patel came home with a pair of first place finishes in youth black belt weapons and kata. Patel finished second in youth black belt fighting.
Landon Caldwell also competed in the youth black belt division. Caldwell finished second place in kata, third place in weapons and third place in fighting.
Ashton Bailey finished in first place in fighting, second place in weapons and third place in kata in the yellow belt division.
In the beginner division, Kinsley Bailey finished second place in kata and third place in fighting.
