• Kevin Anthony Anderson Jr., 31, for failure to appear, probation revocation and held without bond.
• James F. Rabon Jr., 31, for child support and held without bond.
• Thomas Seth Weatherby, 34, for three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.
• Matthew Scott Hartley, 22, held for another agency.
• Thomas Alexander Mitchell, 19, for possession of obscene material and held on a $100,000 bond.
• Robert Theodore Mummert, 23, for burglary third, theft of property fourth and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Angelina Aughtman, 33, for public intoxication and held on a $300 bond.
• Leonard Eugene Dorsey, 53, for resisting arrest and held on a $500 bond.
