• David Francis Evon Jr., 37, for three counts of failure to appear, held without bond.
• Christopher C. Coursey, 25, for failure to appear, held without bond.
• Carnelius D. Denson, 24, for harassment, held on a $500 bond.
• Barbara S. Shoemaker, 49, for possession of a controlled substance, held on a $10,000 bond.
• Donterious Johnson, 34, for domestic violence third and two counts of failure to appear, held without bond.
