Kindergarten students from Andalusia Elementary School and Covington County Schools got the chance to have a hands-on experience with farm animals at the petting zoo at the Covington Center Arena on Friday morning. The kids got to pet baby goats, hold baby chicks, see horses, cows and many other animals that one might find on a working farm. The events is a cooperative effort of the Covington County Young Farmers and the Covington County 4-H Clubs.
