Andalusia High School senior Trey Wilkerson will continue his basketball career into college as he signed with the Wallace Community College-Selma Patriots on Tuesday in the Heritage Room at Andalusia High School.
Wilkerson was a pivotal member of the Bulldog’s basketball team that made a run to Class 4A Final Four this past season.
Coming off the bench as the sixth man for much of the playoffs, Wilkerson was named MVP for the South Regional Tournament in Dothan.
Wilkerson has been a key part of the Andalusia basketball program for the past two seasons.
Wallace-Selma is a member of the Alabama Community College Conference’s South Division. The Patriots play in the same division as LBWCC. The Patriots finished fourth in the South last year with a 14-17 record.
