Vacation Bible School begins at FBC

Vacation Bible School started off this week for the First Baptist Church in Andalusia.
This year’s theme is Game On: Gearing Up For Life’s Big Game.
The Theme’s Verse is 2 Peter 1:3, “His divine power has given us everything required for life and godliness through the knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.
The motto for this year’s vacation bible school is “Gear up! Get Ready! Game On!”
During arts and crafts, students were able to paint baseballs and learn how Jesus holds their lives together.
“We decided to do the baseball because as the leather thread holds the baseball together, Jesus holds our lives together,” Mary Ashley Wise said.
