Ryan was born on December 4, 2002, in Andalusia to Roger and Kelly Stokes. A child with a heart of gold that possessed a love for God and his family like no other. Three months ago, Ryan made the decision to become an organ donor. Due to his adult decision at such a young age, he will forever change the lives of many. Ryan loved hunting, working on the race car, riding the four-wheeler/golf cart, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and the color camouflage. He was a member of the FFA at Pleasant Home School where he served as treasurer. He was also an active member of Cedar Grove Church of Christ.

Ryan is survived by his parents, Roger and Kelly Stokes; his sister, Andrea Stokes; a nephew, Tristan Lee; maternal grandparents, Roger and JoAnn Miller; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Joe Mullen, and paternal grandparents, Bill and Mary Stokes.

Visitation was Thursday at Foreman’s Funeral Home.

Funeral services will take place at Cedar Grove Church of Christ on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 2 p.m. His body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service.
