All-Stars ready for their moment

Andalusia’s 12U All-Star softball team begins the All-Star season today in Greenville.

The 12U team plays in the Ponytail West district in Alabama’s Dixie softball league.

Andalusia will open up the tournament against host team Greenville.

That game will be played tonight at 6. Andalusia will be the home team in that contest

In other action, Zion Chapel and Enterprise will play at 8 p.m.

The winner between Zion Chapel and Enterprise will play Troy at 9 a.m., on Saturday for the third game of the tournament.

The winner between Andalusia and Greenville will play the winner of game three at 7 p.m., on Saturday.

The loser between Andalusia and Greenville will play the loser between Zion Chapel and Enterprise at 11 a.m., on Saturday.

No games will be played on Sunday and play will continue Monday with championship game on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
