Forty-three students who have spent their afternoons this week learning lines and songs will present “Gulliver’s Travels in Space” twice today.

Anna Martin and Gracie Anderson share the role of Gulliver in the production, a take on the classic “Gulliver’s Travels.”

Allie McMath is cast as JCN, and Zoey Robertson buzzes on and off the stage as a wasp.

Emory Melvin and Linzy Graham are the king and queen, and Payton Howell is their princess daughter.

Christian Pate is a maniachal scientist who leads a team of robots including Haley Warmack, Jackson Owen, Brenna Smith, Will Dalton, Dakota Williams, Trinity Powell, Ivy Rogers, and McKenzie Barrow.

Fourth graders will be bused to the Dixon Center on the campus of LBW Community College for a Friday morning performance.

A public performance is set for 6 tonight at the Dixon Center.

The Missoula Children’s Theatre production is sponsored by the Covington Arts Council.

The Missoula Children’s Theatre is a non-profit organization based in Missoula, Montana. This coming year more than 65,000 cast members across the globe will take to the stage to the delight and applause of their families, friends, community, neighbors and teachers.

For those students who missed the opportunity to participate in this production, the Opp Cultural Arts Center also will do a Missoula production in the 2018-19 school year. They will present “The Pied Piper” in February.
