Annual bayou fundraiser offers a feast for $25

St. Mary’s will hold its annual Bayou Feast this Fri., Aug. 24, and will have “to-go” plates ready in time for those traveling to Saraland for the Andalusia High School Bulldogs’ first game of the 2018 season to pick up supper.
The menu includes jambalaya, blackened fish, seafood gumbo, shrimp and grits, cold boiled shrimp, Mardi Gras cole slaw, New Orleans French bread, bread pudding and a beverage. Free hot dogs are available for children under 12.
Tickets are $25 each and may be purchased at CCB Community Bank, from church members, at the church office, or by calling 334-222-2487. A portion of each ticket goes to St. Mary’s Rice and Beans ministry. Only 350 tickets will be sold. If they aren’t all pre-sold, they will be available at the door.
Dine-in service will be available from 5 until 7 p.m.
