MARY SUE PHILLIPS ODOM

Mrs. Mary Sue (Phillips) Odom, age 73, of Andalusia, passed away Wed., Sep. 5, 2018, at Andalusia Health.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jack C. Odom of Andalusia; her three children, Kim (Charles) Roland, Kathy (Stacie) McVay, and Marty Odom, all of Andalusia; her grandchildren, Avry (Brooke) King, Ethan King, Katon King, Ashly Odom, Garrett (Erin) Roland, Dillon (Lorren) Roland, Evans (Summor) McVay, and Lesley Sergi; her parents: James and Mary Phillips of Andalusia; her brothers, Buddy (Sherrie) Phillips of Lockhart, and James Dewitt (Theresa) Phillips of Andalusia; and her great-grandchildren, Jack King, Courtland King, Easton King, Kayley Williams, C.T. Roland, Reece Roland, Bud McVay, Lavada Sergi, and Harper Sergi.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jack Odom, Jr.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Sat., Sept. 8, 2018, at Henderson Cemetery in Andalusia with the Rev. Frankie McVay officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Garrett Roland, Dillon Roland, Avry King, Ethan King, Ashly Odom, and Dustin Hyson. Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia has been entrusted with arrangements.

JAMES DAVID

RICHBURG, SR.

Rev. James David Richburg, Sr. 77 of Brantley, Ala., departed this life Mon., Sep. 3, 2018, at Crenshaw Community Hospital in Luverne, Alabama. He pastored local churches for more than 56 years.

Funeral services will be held from Hayes Funeral Home Chapel, today, Fri., Sep. 7, 2018, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Bobby Holiday, Dr. Malone Chandler and James David Richburg II officiating.

Committal services will follow in the Spring Hill South cemetery. Visitation was held at Hayes Funeral Home on Thu., Sep. 6, 2018, from 5 p.m., to 7 p.m.

Survivors include his wife – Mary Anne Richburg, Brantley, Ala.; daughter,  Marica Richburg Brady, Panama City Beach, Fla.; son, James David (Sarah) Richburg, II., Jacksonville, Fla.; and grandson, J. D. Richburg, Brantley, Ala.,
