BRITTNEY NICOLE YOUNG WHALEY

Brittney Nicole Young Whaley, age 27, of McKenzie, passed away Wed., Sept. 12, 2018, at Providence Hospital in Mobile, Ala.

She is survived by her husband, Donnie Whaley of McKenzie; her children, Jace

Michael Whaley and Kylie Rae Whaley, both of McKenzie; her parents, Darrell Henry of Paul and Sandra Young of Evergreen, and her stepfather, Sammy (Crystal) Davis of Castleberry; her brothers, Paul Davis of Castleberry, Ala., Talon Henry of Paul, Ala., William Henry of Paul, Ala., and Dalton Henry; her sister, Samantha (Dwayne) Whaley, Jr., of McKenzie; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Young of Red Level; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dewayne and Dorothy Whaley of McKenzie.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., today, Sept. 19, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel of Andalusia with Brother Alan Joyner officiating. Interment will follow at Garden Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (noon) at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia.

 

DONALD WHEELER

Mr. Donald Wheeler of Andalusia passed away Tues., Sept. 11, 2018, at his residence. He was 68. He had worked as a delivery person with a local mattress company. He was of the Jehovah Witness faith. He loved barbeque, playing Dominoes, going on walks, fishing and anything that put him outdoors. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Ann Wheeler of Andalusia; his children,

Keith Bernard Wheeler of Andalusia; Demetrius Wheeler of Hartford, Connecticut;

Donald Wheeler, Jr., of Cleveland, Ohio; Pamela Hamilton of Andalusia; Leonard

Hamilton of Foley, Ala.; Lenora Hamilton of California; sisters, Mary A. Hampton of

Missouri; Elizabeth Sherdian of Hartford, Conn.; Mary (Bobby) Pace of

North Carolina; Barbara Johnson of Hartford, Conn.; mother-in-law, Alice

Ward of Andalusia; seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Wheeler was the son of the late Curtis Sinkfield and Georgia Mae Wheeler. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Wheeler and sister, Wynona Wheeler.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Fri., Sept. 21, 2018, at Keahey Chapel. Minister James Ward will officiate.
