GERIEL “JERRY” WILLIAMSON

Mr. Geriel “Jerry” Williamson, age 66, of Red Level, passed away on October 22, 2018, at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., on Sun., Nov. 4, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Otis Corbitt officiating the service.

He is survived by his daughters, Melba Mosley of Troy and Robyn Howard of Andalusia; nine grandchildren; and step-daughter, Heather (Ashley) Cravey of Florala.

He is preceded in death by his significant other, Diane Hester; mother and father, Geriel and Lois Williamson; and a brother and sister.

JASON ALFRED SOWELL

Jason Alfred Sowell, age 44, of Andalusia, passed away on May 18, 2018, in South Korea.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., on Sat., Nov. 3, from New Home Congregational Church with Brother Barry Wilkinson officiating the service, interment will follow in New Home Cemetery. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church.

He is survived by his step-daughter, Sara Luckey of Andalusia; brother and sister in law, Eric and Carrie Sowell of Andalusia; sister, Sonya Syler of Navarre Beach, Fla.; nephew, Nathan Sowell of Andalusia; and niece, Emma Chavers of Andalusia.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Wanda Sowell.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorials be made to the New Home Cemetery Fund or charity of one’s choice.

Mr. Thomas Eldon Grissett, age 90, of Andalusia, passed away on Thurs., Nov. 1, 2018,

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., on Sun., Nov. 4, from River Falls Baptist Church with the Rev. Alan Harp officiating the service. Interment will follow in River Falls Cemetery. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church.

He is survived by his children, Tommy (Janice) Grissett, Bobby (Tina) Grissett, Connie G. (Glenn) Rose, and Phil (Michele) Grissett; grandchildren, Christy (Joe) Dozier, Julie (Josh) Wood, Erin (Michael) Grantham, Olivia Harrell, Julia Grissett, April Rose (Ken) Johnson, Crystal Rose (Kyle) Thornton, Rick Grissett, and Jacob Grissett; great-grandchildren, Jessica (Zach) Stinson, Ashley Baker, Emily Baker, Mitchell Baker, Landon Caldwell, Aubree Caldwell, Ehlena Harrell, Brian Harrell, Emery Johnson, and Ethan Johnson; great-great grandchildren, Christopher Stinson, Cade Stinson, and Lauren Stinson; and sister, Diana Harp.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Nadine Cauley Grissett, great granddaughter, Lakyn Rodgers, his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
