Pleasant Home’s River Baldwin made her commitment official when she signed her National Letter of Intent to play college basketball with the Florida State Lady Seminoles.

A 6’5” post player, Baldwin has been dominating opponents since moving up to the varsity team five years ago as an eighth grader.

During her playing career at Pleasant Home, Baldwin has lit up the scoreboard and played strong around the rim.

In her five years with the varsity team, Baldwin has averaged a double double with 21 points per game and 10 rebounds per game.

Baldwin eclipsed 2,000 points last season and looks to add even better numbers to her staggering totals.

Not only is she a standout basketball player, but Baldwin also helped lead the Lady Eagles to the 2018 Class 1A volleyball state championship. She was named MVP for the state tournament.

Baldwin also won the Class 1A shot put championship in 2018.
