GEORGE JAMES FOSHEE
Mr. George James Foshee, 82, of Red Level, passed away Fri., Dec. 14, 2018, at his residence.
He was raised in Red Level, Ala., where he helped on the farm as he grew up. Later, he worked at Dorsey Trailer in Elba and lived in Opp during this period of time. He took a job in Augusta, Ga., at Continental Can Company, a paper mill, which was bought and sold several times. He spent 38 years in this position and retired once International Paper bought the company. Following retirement, he moved back to Red Level and built his current home. He was a very active member of New Hope Independent Baptist Church in Red Level.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., today, Tue., Dec. 18, at New Hope Independent Baptist Church with Brother Keith Parker officiating the service. The interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5 p.m, to 7 p.m., at Foreman Funeral Home and at the church 30 minutes prior to services.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Allen Foshee of Red Level; two sons and daughters-in-law, James Madison and Tina Kay Foshee, II of Terre Haute, Ind., Shawn and Jackie Foshee of N. Augusta, SC; 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren; two sisters, Christine Foshee and Albert Kennon Barton of Red Level, Ernestine Foshee and Byron Edward Sturgis of Greenville, S.C.; one brother, Lewis Winston Foshee of Red Level; two sisters-in-law, Janna Castleberry Foshee of Red Level and Eleanor Read Foshee of Martinez, Ga.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James Madison Foshee and Irene Small Foshee; a daughter, Sheryl Ann Blair; two brothers, Dr. William Stuart Foshee, M.D., Joseph Mason Foshee; and one sister-in-law, Miriam Burge Foshee.
Pallbearers will be Lontac Sims, Terry Josey, Ricky Snider, Randy Hildreth, Tim Cooper, Jimmy Turner, Dearl Pittman, and Harold Rouse.

JESSIE JOE WIGGINS
Mr. Jessie Joe Wiggins, age 83, of Andalusia, passed away Sun., Dec. 16, 2018, in Dothan, Ala.
Funeral Services will be held Wed., Dec. 19, at 11 a.m., at Oakey Ridge Baptist Church with Reverend Eugene Meadows officiating.
Mr. Wiggins graduated from Straughn School in 1955. He served in the Alabama National Guard. He worked at Cotton Ford Tractor Company and then Goodson Auto Parts until his retirement. He served as a deacon at Oakey Ridge Baptist Church until his death.
Mr. Wiggins is survived by his three daughters and sons-in-law Beverly and Jay Farrington of Andalusia, Kim and Steve Ellison of Daphne, Ala., and Tammy and Michael Stewart of Andalusia; grandchildren Allison (Josh) Farrington Pruitt, Jennifer (Dusty) Farrington Lee, Lauren (Clay) Ellison Smith, Cody Stewart, Ryan Ellison, and Kyle Stewart; great-grandchildren Julian Lee and Chloe Lee; His brother and sister-in-law Delmar and Shirley Wiggins; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his wife, Ina Lucille Wiggins, infant daughter, Terrie Lynne, his parents Hubert C. and Cora Lee Parr Wiggins; and his sister Edna Wiggins Goodson.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 p.m., to 8 p.m., at Foreman Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Cody Steward, Ryan Ellison, Kyle Stewart, Dusty Lee, Clay Smith, and Gary Goodson.
