The article, headlined, “A South Alabama ‘Renaissance’ – How Andalusia is getting its groove back,”  focuses on Andalusia’s commitment to historic preservation, and economic development.

The writer suggested the city has a swagger about it.

““Andalusia has always been seen to be a forward-moving progressive town,” Mayor Earl Johnson said told  Yellowhammer News. “There’s something about the name ‘Andalusia’ that’s sort of sexy, cool.”
