Pleasant Home Lady Eagles rout McKenzie

The No. 2-ranked Pleasant Home Lady Eagles put on a defensive clinic as they blasted the McKenzie Lady Tigers 62-3 on Friday night in McKenzie.

It was all Pleasant Home from the moment the ball was put into play.

River Baldwin won the opening tip for the Lady Eagles and then Pleasant Home went on a spree.

The Lady Eagles could have done more damage had they choosen to do so, but they called off the dogs quickly after building a catastrophic lead.

Baldwin led the way for the Lady Eagles with 17 points, 10 rebounds, seven blocks and six steals.

Baldwin is averaging a double-double each game so far this season.

Hope Gunter finished the game with 14 points and five steals.

With the win, the Lady Eagles move to 10-3 on the year.
