Only minor injuries were reported on Tuesday afternoon when this tractor and truck collided on Veterans Memorial Parkway in Opp.

According to the Opp Fire Department, a haz mat response was established because there was an undetermined amount of fluids on the ground.

The bypass was reopened approximately three hours later.

Other agencies responding were Opp Police Department, Haynes Ambulance, ALEA troopers, Covington County EMA, Alabama DOT and the City of Opp Street Department.
