Sue Bass Wilson took a little break this week from penning her column. She might be enjoying spring  break, or she might be working on her income taxes.  Nonetheless, she encourages locals to visit the Three Notch Museum this week, which will observe special hours for Spring Break, opening from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. weekdays. She says you will no doubt find something to help you “Remember When!”
