Due to the chance of rain, the Covington County Child Advocacy Center’s I8th annual Blue Ribbon Ceremony has been moved to the First Baptist Church in Andalusia from 10 a.m., until 11 a.m.

The Blue Ribbon Ceremony is a time to bring public awareness of child abuse and to honor the child victims of Covington County.

District Attorney Walt Merrell will bring the message and the Straughn Elementary School second grade class will sing during the event.
