Jane Elaine Lucas

Ms. Jane Elaine Lucas, 70, of Andalusia, Alabama passed away in Opp Health and Rehabilitation on Saturday May 18, 2019.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 24, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Sister Helen Grissett officiating. Interment will follow in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at Foreman Funeral Home.  Pallbearers will be Andy Adams, Lucas Edison, Samuel Edison, Chad Jackson, Dray Owens, and Adam Salter.  Flowers will be appreciated or please make contributions to the Megan Kelley Smiles Foundation, P.O. Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Emmitte and Gertrude Lucas, and nephew, Steve Edison. She is survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Bill McClain of Andalusia, Sylvia and Fred Lankford of Andalusia, Sharon and Don Owens of Evergreen; her brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Margaret Lucas of Dothan; nieces,  Allison Lucas Cobb of Dothan, Emily Lucas Farley of Dothan, and Anna Owens Greene of Montgomery; nephews,  Keith Edison of Samson, Kevin McClain of Andalusia, and Dray Owens of Sylacauga.  Jane is survived by many great and great-great nieces and nephews along with many cousins.

Jane was a hairdresser for most of her life and she was one of the best.  She had a beautiful smile, a fun loving personality, and was loved by all.

EVERETTA MCGINNIS LUNSFORD

Mrs. Everetta McGinnis Lunsford, 50, of Andalusia, passed away Sun., May 19, 2019, at Andalusia Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wed., May 22, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Cindy Howard and Brother Austin Sullivan officiating. The interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 6 p.m., until 8 p.m., Tuesday at Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by her husband, Teddy Lunsford; one son, Brandon Jeter; her mother, Evelyn McVay, all of Andalusia; eight brothers and sisters, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her high school sweetheart, Michael Jeter, and sister, Evelyn Biggs.
