Agnes Linzy Mullen

Agnes Linzy Mullen, 86, passed away on May 16, 2019, in Fort Pierce, Florida, and is with Jesus now.

Mrs. Mullen was born in Red Level, Alabama, and raised in Andalusia, Alabama. A mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.

Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy Harrington; two granddaughters, Charlotte Stahlberg (Matt), and April Mettler; three great-grandchildren, Austin Crouch, Codi Chibas (Chris), and Garret Curl; seven great-great-grandchildren; brother, Buddy Linzy; sister, Peggy Parker (Ronnie); sister-in-law, Maxine Linzy; and many nieces and nephews and extended family. She was preceded death by her parents and brother, John L. Linzy.

Agnes was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother who worked most of her life at many jobs. She was happy to have her family around and always wanted to take care of them. She will be remembered for her great southern cooking and lessons in life that she passed on. Her summer days in Alabama were special to her when Austin, Codi and Garrett came to spend time with her.

NORRIS

Mr. Donald Roscoe Norris, 83, of Wing, passed away Mon., May 27, 2019, at Florala Health and Rehab.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Fri., May 31, at Rock Creek Assembly of God with Brother David Elliott officiating.  The interment will follow in Wing Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., Friday at Rock Creek Assembly of God in Wing.  Foreman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Laurine Norris of Wing; a son, Jerry Norris of Wing; his daughters and sons-in-law, Jane and Alton Hiller of Baker, Fla., Betty Matthis of Crestview, Fla., Cynthia De’Wayne Holloway of Wing; five grandchildren, Jeremy (Tina) Norris, Travis (Haley) Lee, Dalton De’Wayne Holloway, Whitney Cain, Cammie Hiller, Blake Hiller, Danielle Holloway, Eron Holloway; his great-grandchildren, Courtney Norris, Karaline Lee, Rome Lee, Blake Wayne Henderson, Reagen Cain, Grayson Moore, Brayden Frye; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Casey and Willie May Norris of Baker, Haward and Cherry Norris of Baker, John Norris of Crestview; four sisters, Mildred Hartley of Florala, Shirley and Jackie Lunsford of Crestview, Jeanette Kelley of Baker, and Catherine and Lynn Richardson of Pensacola, Fla.; along with many nieces and nephews he loved as his own.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dallas Franklin Norris and Elvia Green Norris; one brother, O’Neal Norris; a sister Helen Norris; and brother-in-law, Paul Kelley.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Harvell, Marshall Fuqua, Richie Robinson, Jason Elliott, Randal Hinote, Israel Adams.
