PATRICIA EDGAR MOODY

Mrs. Patricia Edgar Moody, 79, of Andalusia, passed away Tue., June 12, 2019, at her residence.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m., Fri., June 14, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor John Eiland officiating the service.  Interment will follow in Beulah Cemetery in Opp. Visitation will be Friday at 2 p.m., at Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by one son, Michael Moody of Andalusia; two daughters and son-in-law, Brenda and Ray Goodson of Andalusia, Monique Maples and her friend Albert Dupree of McKenzie; eight grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Giddens of Andalusia, Debra Hester of Opp; and one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Diane Edgar of Andalusia.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William Moody, Sr; her parents, W. K. and Maedell Edgar; two brothers, Gordon Edgar and Charles Edgar; and her son, William Moody, Jr.

Pallbearers will be Chad Moody, Billy Bob Moody, James Moody, Dillan Stanley, Dakota Hall, and Matthew Parker.

JOSEPH CAMERON WORLEY

Joseph Cameron Worley, 18, of Red Level, passed away Mon., June 10, 2019.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Fri., June 14, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Adams Memorial Cemetery in Antioch.  Visitation will begin at 4 p.m., Thursday at Foreman Funeral Home.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Russell and Alaina Worley of Andalusia; his mother and stepfather, Laura and James Paul Barnett of Bay Minette, AL; five sisters, Sarah Jasmine Holmes of Baker, Fla., Kristian (Jordan) Walker of Andalusia, Elizabeth Frazier of Birmingham, Kira Jadyn Barron of Andalusia, Alyssa Cheyenne Worley of Andalusia; four brothers, Royce “D.J.” Worley, Daniel Orin Worley, Riley Alekzander Worley, Liam Atticus Worley all of Andalusia; his paternal grandparents, Gerald and Twynette Worley of Andalusia; maternal grandparents, Sherrie (Roy) Rhudy and Coy Rhudy of Andalusia.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Helen Odom.

Pallbearers will be Cole Jeter, Garrett Nelson, Austin Smith, Zackary Whiddon, Trenton Cowart, J.T. White, Taylor Rhudy.

WHEELER GEORGE FOSHEE

Mr. Wheeler George Foshee, Jr. 88, of Red Level, went home to be with the Lord on Mon., June 10, 2019 in Opp.

A graveside service will be held at the Longbranch Cemetery in Cohasset, Ala., on Thu., June 13, at 10:30 a.m., with Foreman Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. Foshee was raised in Red Level, working in the family business of cotton and peanut farming. He served in the U.S. Air Force, until he and his brother Crum took over management of Foshee Milling Company for several years. He cherished his family, his many friendships and his ties to Covington County.

He is survived by his children, Angie M. Foshee of Headland, Ala., Wheeler G. Foshee, III (Marie) of Auburn, and Daniel Boyd Foshee (Melanie) of Auburn. Sisters, June Foshee Russell (Robert) of Birmingham, and Malone Foshee Pitts (Bill) of Destin, Fla.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ruby Faye Hugghins Foshee, Wheeler George Foshee, Sr., one daughter Barbara Faye Harrell of Montgomery, and brother Eugene Crum Foshee, Sr. of Montgomery.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Longbranch Cemetery Fund, 90 Hugghins Plantation Rd., Red Level, 36474.

 

 

EUGENE HOUSE JR.

Mr. Eugene House Jr., age 89, of Satsuma, Ala., formerly of Andalusia, passed away on Sat., June 8, 2019, at Andalusia Hospital.

A private family graveside service will be held from Mott Cemetery with Foreman Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Mr. House served in the US Army/Air Force in the 1940’s. He was an avid fisherman and spent his leisure hours trolling and fishing the Mobile Delta. He accumulated many fishing tournament trophies.

He is survived by his brother, Jerry House of Montevallo, Ala., sister, Jewel House Curry of Andalusia, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene House, Sr. and Evie Trawick House; a sister, Jolynn Whitten; and his wife, Eloise House.
