Andalusia BOE OKs personnel decisions

The Andalusia City Schools Board of Education made several personnel decisions Tuesday night.
The board:
- Approved the retirement of Gloria Adams, who has worked as the bookkeeper at Andalusia High School for 40 years.
Transferred:
- Becky Garner to the high school as 10th grade English teacher.
- Sara Mixson to the junior high as 8th grade English teacher.
- Traneshia Stoudemire Birch as the math coach at Andalusia Elementary.
Hired:
- Sarah Atkinson as the 9-12 business education teacher.
- Josh Johnson as a band paraprofessional.
- Amber O’Neal as the 7th grade science teacher.
