Tiffany Blair, 39, pled guilty to violation of sex offender registration and notification act (SORNA) before Circuit Judge Lex Short.

She was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment under the Habitual Felony Offender Act.

As an adult criminal sex offender, Blair is required to verify her residence and employment information with the Covington County Sheriff’s Office quarterly.

After Blair failed to verify her information was correct, Sheriff’s deputy Beth Johnson determined she was not living at the address she had registered.

SORNA Violation is a Class C felony. Blair was also on probation for a previous SORNA Violation at the time of her arrest.
