A Red Level man was arrested Wednesday for the sexual abuse of a child under 12.

On Sept. 11, Matthew Ziglar from Lindsey Loop in Red Level was questioned about some activities involving a juvenile under that age of 12.

During the interview process, it became apparent that Ziglar had committed a crime of moral turpitude.

Ziglar was arrested for sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12 and was released on a $20,000 bond.

“Investigator Cody Holmes is the arresting officer,” Sheriff Blake Turman said. “His professionalism and attention to detail and his interview skills has brought another criminal to justice.”
