Do you have children at home? Are you struggling to prepare healthy meals on a tight budget? If you answered “Yes”, consider participating in the Eating Smart Being Active program. Those who qualify can enroll in the free, six-lesson series from the comfort of home using Zoom, FaceTime, or phone. You’ll receive great information plus lesson reinforcement items that will help you as you move toward better health.
