Do you have children at home? Are you struggling to prepare healthy meals on a tight budget? If you answered “Yes”, consider participating in the Eating Smart Being Active program. Those who qualify can enroll in the free, six-lesson series from the comfort of home using Zoom, FaceTime, or phone. You’ll receive great information plus lesson reinforcement items that will help you as you move toward better health. Moms-to-be can enroll in this free, six-lesson program being offered by the AL Cooperative Extension System.
