OCAP to make appointments for summer cooling assistance

.Those who may need assistance with their summer cooling bill may qualify for help through a local agency.
Organized Community Action Program (OCAP) will be taking call-in appointments for their regular LIHEAP Cooling Program on June 22, starting at 8 a.m.
Appointments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis until all appointments are issued.
Only one appointment per telephone call will be given.
Additionally, the utility bill must be in the person applying’s name.
Total household income and original social security cards are required in order to make the application.
