The Covington County Board of Education made several personnel decisions at its regularly scheduled meeting Thursday at noon.
The board approved:
Retirement:
- Charlette M. Suggs, as paraprofessional at Florala High School.
Hired:
- Ramona Barrett, as paraprofessional at Florala High School.
- Ben Robbins, as custodian at Florala High School.
- Dustin Ian Lee, as business marketing education teacher and softball coach at Red Level High School.
- Octavius Malik Bonham, as instructional paraprofessional at Straughn Elementary School.
- Rebecca Beverly, as custodian at Straughn Elementary School.
- Michael Stanford Gooden, as special education teacher at Straughn Middle School.
- Chicora Jeanette Bush, as instructional paraprofessional at Straughn Middle School.
- Kaci D. Perry, as JAG specialist at Straughn High School.
- Christine Lewis, as collaborative education K-6 teacher at W.S. Harlan.
- Jane Elizabeth Hudspeth, as elementary teacher at W.S. Harlan.
